Nathalie Chaix was born in France in 1972 and now lives and works in Geneva, Switzerland.
She first won recognition with her novel Exit Adonis which earned the George Nicole Award in 2007. Love and creation seem to be major themes treated in her books. The life and work of the French painter Nicolas de Stael inspired her to write her novel, Grand Nu Orange.
