Annette Feldmann was born in the Lower Rhine region in 1975.
In Augsburg and Vancouver she studied Canadian and Comparative Literature. She started out as a newspaper journalist, now she works as a freelance author, journalist, and advertising writer.
In 2014 she received the Moerser Literaturpreis, third place. Her first juvenile book has been nominated for the Golden Pick.
She lives with her husband in Kempen.
