Alexandra Lüthen was born in Westphalia in 1977 and now lives in Berlin. She writes short texts, novels and non-fiction in standard German and plain language. Writing plain language literature is one of her favourite activities. She has won many prizes for her writing and received a work scholarship from Berlin regional council. She thinks literature should be open to everyone – because reading is enjoyable and because enjoyment is essential for a happy life.
