Andreas Volk is food technologist, author and recipe developer.
Born in Bavaria in 1966, he now lives in Berlin. His main focus are natural ingredients growing in forests and meadows.
It was early on in his career that he started using herbs, mushrooms and berries he had gathered in his dishes.
His degree in food technology is the foundation of his work.
